The Oregon Scientific WRB603 Public Alert Weather Radio, with weather station, blends technology with safety to provide you with up to the minute weather information, audible weather, and public emergency alerts. This weather radio docking station includes a portable radio that monitors all NOAA warnings, such as hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, and civil emergencies.
The portable public alert weather radio includes SAME (Specific Area Message Encoding), which allows you to monitor only local alerts and filter out distant warnings. The radio also has 3 levels of emergency messages: statement, watch and warning. This radio docks with the weather station for recharging. It features barometric forecasts, indoor and outdoor temperature display and humidity information, a self-setting clock with alarm, calendar and one remote sensor. The main display unit is backlit for easy night viewing.
